A lot of new (atypical) Antipsychotics can cause weight gain.
This side effect is usually unwanted, but coud be of potential use in Anorectic patients.

A recent meta-analysis from 8 trials including 221 anorectic patients treated with antipsychotics that frequently cause weight gain (e.g. olanzapine, quetiapin, risperidone) found no significant weight gain compared to placebo.
